Job Description

• Preparation Work Inspection, check sheet, check list for concern working process.
• Analysis for receving pure acid.
• Daily analysis for mixed acid (Specific Gravity (Sp, gr) - 1.350, 1.280, 1.225)
• Chemical prepairation for analysis.
• Weekly Analysis for Dionized ( DI ) water.
• Reciving claim battery. (Sp,gr measuring, Temperature measuring, Taking battery information)
• HRD ( High Rate Discharge ) testing.
• Charging for claim battery.
• Ordering requirement items for department by using NAVI world software.
• Quality control and corrective actions.
• Other jobs assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

• Age between over 35 for male and above (more prefer)
• B.SC (IC), BE (Chemical or Electrical)
• More prefer Diploma in Engineering ( or ) Computer Science.
• Must be have ISO 9000 / 14000 System Knowledge.
• Must be have knowledge in Quality Assurance ( QA ).
• Need to communicate in English well.
• 7 Tools
• Must be have knowledge about software, ERP, MS Office Programs.
• Good communication Skill
• Reporting and presentation skills
• Good personailty.
• At least ( 3 ) years and more working experiences in relevant fields.

• Coordinate with all related departments to summarize the requirement of products and services then transfer, those requirements into the purchasing requisition documents and push through the approval process.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to get the information of the required products or services together with making the comparison of cost and benefits.
• P/D/C/A of Purchasing plan of all items following the target / KPIs.
• Handle the vendor audit and development plus preparing approved vendor list.
• Coordinate with related parties to create the cost-reduction plan and P/D/C/A to get the expected results.
